Return Policy
Return of goods:
At Kendall Maine, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, it may happen that you want to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our terms and conditions for returns.
Conditions for returning goods:
- You can only return the goods after you have physically received them.
- The costs of returning the goods are borne solely by the customer, including international postage.
- The goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
- The goods can be tried on, but they are not allowed to be worn.
- It is not allowed to return goods that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning them.
Return process:
- Please notify us of the return of the goods at Info@kendallmaine.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- You will receive from us the return address of our supplier (based in China).
- Send the goods back at your own expense, including any customs fees or postage.
- We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refund:
After receiving the goods at the return address and approving the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability:
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the goods were delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address was provided, it is the customer's responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.
